The former Cold Chain Global Forum website listed its sponsors and exhibitors at /Sponsors.aspx. This page records the company names on an archived copy of that page from September 2015. It is a historical list, not a directory of suppliers.

Verified facts

  • The June 2015 announcement for the 13th Annual forum (Boston, 5 to 9 October 2015) said confirmed exhibitors included Envirotainer, American Aerogel, ThermoSafe Brands, Jarden Life Sciences, TSS, ELPRO Services, Marken, FedEx, Pelican BioThermal and others. [1]
  • The same announcement linked to a full list of sponsors and exhibitors; that short link redirects to the former site’s /Sponsors.aspx address. [1][3]
  • An archived copy of /Sponsors.aspx captured on 10 September 2015 carried the heading “2015 Sponsors & Exhibitors”. [2]
  • That page listed 77 companies, in this order: Envirotainer, American Aerogel, Jarden Life Sciences, ThermoSafe Brands, TSS, ELPRO Services, Marken, FedEx HealthCare Solutions, BioLife Solutions, American Airlines Cargo, Pelican BioThermal, Temptime Corporation, World Courier, Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), AT&T M2M, Cryopak, FedEx Custom Critical, Berlinger, Farrar Scientific, 7PSolutions, AAR Cold Chain Solutions, Cold Box Express, NanoCool, Panther Premium Logistics, Testo, UPS, va-Q-tec, Priority Air Express/Priority Solutions, DHL, Almac Group, BT9, Delta Cargo, Eastman Chemical Company, DuPont, Emball’iso, Infitrak, Inmark, MD Logistics, Modality Solutions, Oceasoft, Panalpina, Protek Cargo, Q Products & Services, QuickSTAT, Sendum, Skycell, Total Quality, Unitrans, Westpak, CSafe Global, TP3 Global, Air Charter Authority, Biocair, CryoPort, EFP Corporation, Fresenius Medical Care, Masy Systems, Packaging Technology Group, Pluss Advanced Technologies, Sofrigram, Tower Cold Chain Solutions, UFP Technologies, Lighthouse Instruments, Rees Scientific, Air Canada, Coldbox Builders, GMD PharmaSolutions, Polar Leasing Company, RGEES, Sensitech, United Cargo, Softbox, Skelton Truck Lines, Polaris Transportation Group, Vaisala, Zim American Integrated Shipping and Weather Shield India. [2]
  • The page did not distinguish sponsors from exhibitors in the names listed. [2]

Additional detail from the sources

  • The archived page was captured on 10 September 2015, twenty-five days before the event opened, so late additions and withdrawals are not shown. [2]
  • Names are given above as spelled on the archived page. The June 2015 announcement used shorter forms for some of them, for example “FedEx” where the page listed “FedEx HealthCare Solutions” and “FedEx Custom Critical” as separate entries. [1][2]
  • The first seven names on the archived page match the first seven exhibitors named in the announcement, though in a slightly different order for two of them. [1][2]
  • The announcement said confirmed exhibitors “include” the nine it named, so its list was partial, and it linked to the full list. The short link resolves to /Sponsors.aspx. [1][3]
  • The announcement’s home page link resolved to the former site’s Default.aspx, so the sponsors page was one of several address-based pages tied to the event identifier 8380. [1][3]
  • The list mixes names that suggest packaging suppliers, monitoring device makers, carriers and airlines. The page did not group them, and this record does not classify them.

How to read a list like this

A pre-event exhibitor list is a marketing document. It shows who had agreed to appear, not who attended, what they showed, or at which level they took part. The 77-name count comes from counting entries on the snapshot, and the page itself did not state a total. [2] Names may also reflect corporate changes since 2015, and this record does not track them.

Source material and scope

What exists: one press release and one archived page, both from the months before the event.

What is missing: any statement of which companies sponsored at which level, which exhibited, the floor plan, and the final list as it stood at the event. The company descriptions on the archived page were written by the companies themselves and are not reproduced or checked here. Companies may have joined or withdrawn after the snapshot. The list is a snapshot from before the event, so it is partial as a record of the event, and absence from it says nothing about whether a company took part.

How this record connects to other archive pages

This is the third of the 2015 records. The 2015 programme record covers the topics in the announcement that also named the first exhibitors, and the 2015 speakers record covers the partial speaker list from a sibling archived page.

Sponsor and exhibitor information for later editions came from company announcements instead of an organizer list. The 2018 edition record shows how one sponsor and one exhibitor described their own participation, and the Thirdwayv record shows what is and is not documented for a single company. The historical resource index lists the public documents behind these records, and the archive home links to all of them.

Editorial analysis: why these topics still matter

This analysis by the Editorial Desk recommends no supplier. The companies in this record are named because a 2015 page listed them, and appearing on that list says nothing about their current products, quality or suitability.

A list of 77 names invites a shortcut: pick familiar names and call it a shortlist. The better use of a list like this is to ask what categories of supplier a temperature-controlled shipment depends on. The list suggests insulation and refrigerant makers, monitoring device providers and carriers. A buyer today still works through those categories in order. For packaging, the guide on insulated shipper selection describes five inputs, such as payload, transit duration and ambient profile, that a supplier proposal should answer and that qualification evidence should support.

For monitoring, the guide on data logger selection lists the attributes a specification should state, including range, accuracy, logging interval and calibration documents. When a purchase involves equipment instead of consumables, the guide on the equipment RFQ checklist covers capacity, site, interfaces, evidence, service and acceptance criteria. Whichever category applies, evaluate a supplier by comparing written proposals against the same specification. Having appeared at an event is no basis for that comparison.

Editorial reconstruction note

This page was prepared by the Cold Chain Practice Editorial Desk from the public sources listed above. DeltaSpark and Cold Chain Practice are not affiliated with IQPC or the organizers of the former event. There is no registration and no current event. The companies named here are historical references, not partners, sponsors or endorsers of this site, and no logos are shown. Their names do not imply that this site recommends their products.
