Additional detail from the sources

• Three date conventions appear in the index. Most items carry a full date, the compliance whitepaper page shows “05/03/2018” without saying whether that is 5 March or 3 May, and the 2017 brochure is undated with only a host-reported file date of 21 July 2017. [5][7]
• Either reading of 05/03/2018 falls before the World Pharma Today listing of 11 May 2018, so the whitepaper page was available before that listing. [7][8]
• The brochure is attributed to the organizer by inference. Its cover letter was signed “The Global Forum Team” with Claudia Rubino, who is identified as IQPC in the 2016 press release. [2][5]
• Cryoport’s press release was issued on 4 October 2016, and the Almac announcement was published on 13 November 2018. Both come from the award recipients, so neither is an organizer statement. [3][6]
• The 2015 and 2016 press releases are the only items issued by the organizer itself, apart from the whitepaper page published by a division of the same company. [1][2][7]

Items that belong together

Several entries are different views of the same edition. The 2017 brochure and the Ministry of Public Health announcement both concern the Chicago forum, and the announcement refers readers to the agenda address. [4][5] The whitepaper page and the World Pharma Today listing both refer to a 2018 compliance report, and they describe its content in different ways, so the index does not assert they are the same file. Source material and scope

What exists: the eight public documents above. Links to third-party pages may change or stop working, and some require registration to download the full document.

What is missing: original conference files. The former site offered agendas, brochures, attendee lists and presentation material behind registration forms. No such original file is hosted here at present, and none has been restored from the old site. Some archived web pages are used as sources on the record pages but are not listed here as downloads. Documents behind registration, or that could not be opened by the editors, are not listed. If original files are added later, the index will say who supplied them and on what terms.

How this record connects to other archive pages

The two press releases for 2015 and 2016 support the 2015 programme record and the agenda records for 2016 and 2017. The brochure supports the Day Two record and the Rita Karam speaker record. The award releases support the 2016 awards record.

Archived web pages that are used as sources but are not downloads include the 2015 speakers and sponsors pages, whose records are the 2015 speakers record and the 2015 sponsors and exhibitors record, and the 2016 master class page, covered in the master class record. The archive home lists all of them, and the Thirdwayv record covers the one company page.

The index mixes press releases, a ministry announcement, a brochure and a whitepaper listing. Each kind carries a different weight as evidence. A press release states what its issuer wished to say, and a brochure records an intended programme, not what happened. A whitepaper page shows what a publisher said a report covered. Buyers and engineers meet the same mix when they assess supplier materials, and the same discipline applies: note who published the document, when, and whether any claim has a second source.

The guide on reviewing a qualification report turns that discipline into questions about scope, payload, temperature profile and stated limits. The equipment RFQ checklist has an evidence and documents block that asks a supplier what will be delivered and in what form. The guide on calibration certificates shows how dates, due dates and the reference laboratory’s scope make a document usable or not. Reading an old index with these habits makes it easier to see what a document can and cannot prove, including the 2018 compliance material, which this site does not host and which should not be used to state current requirements.
